「Project Motor Racing」，過酷なモータースポーツの世界を体験できるキャリアモードの紹介トレイラーを公開

　Giants Softwareは，レースシミュレーション「Project Motor Racing」（PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S）のキャリアモードについて解説する最新トレイラーを公開した。

Steam「Project Motor Racing」

　「Project Motor Racing」は，「Project CARS」シリーズや「GTR - FIA GT Racing Game」「ニード・フォー・スピード シフト」などのレースゲームを手がけてきたイアン・ベル（Ian Bell）氏が立ち上げたStraight4 Studiosが，「ファーミングシミュレーター」シリーズで知られるGIANTS Softwareのサポートにより開発を進めているタイトルだ。


　「Hypercar」「GT3」「GT」「N-GT」「LMP」「Sports Car 70」など10クラスと，世界の27サーキット，細部まで作り込まれた72台のマシン（ローンチ時点）をフィーチャーし，ダイナミックに変化する気象効果で24時間の昼夜のサイクルまでシミュレートされる。すべてのマシンの挙動は，ブランドパートナーや数百人にもおよぶ世界のプロレーサーによって入念にテストされて，再現しているという。


　今回の映像では，シングルプレイの中核を担うキャリアモードを紹介している。プレイヤーは駆け出しのレーサーとして始める「Journeyman Driver」，プロドライバーとして挑戦していく「Professional Level」，チーム経営の要素も重視される「Global Operation」の3種類のカテゴリーでプレイできる。
　チーム本部はどの国にも設定できるが，それによってレースへのエントリー料や運営費，スポンサー，移動などの諸経費などが細かく変化するようだ。しっかりとしたチーム運営で挑むか，大きな賭けに出て一気にチャンピオンを狙うのかは，プレイヤー次第になるとのこと。


　Steamストアページでは2025年11月25日に発売予定となっており，予約受付も実施されている。インタフェースが日本語化される予定だ。
