家の中のものなら何でも擬人化されて恋愛対象に。対物性愛シム「Date Everything!」発売。100人のキャラがフルボイスで登場

　Team 17は，Sassy Chap Gamesが開発する恋愛シミュレーション「Date Everything!」（PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / Switch）を発売し，ローンチトレイラーを公開した。



　「Date Everything!」では，博士号まで取得したのにAIに仕事を奪われてプライドもズタズタになった主人公の物語が展開する。ある日，主人公のもとへ，見知らぬ人物から「デート・アクティベーター」という魔法のメガネが送られてくる。

　このメガネをかけると，家の中にあるソファや冷蔵庫，火災報知器，カーテン，さらには埃のかたまり（ダストバニー）といった，さまざまなモノが擬人化されて話し相手になってくれる。そこからプレイヤーは恋愛対象になるキャラクターを選んで，仲良くなっていくのだ。いわゆる「対物性愛」をテーマにした作品となっている。


　100人にもおよぶ登場キャラクターには，それぞれ3つのエンディングが用意されるほか，声優によるフルボイスに対応する。声優は，「The Last of Us Part II」のアビー役などで知られるローラ・ベイリーさん，同じくジョエル役などのトロイ・ベーカーさん，「Ghost of Tsushima」で境井 仁役を務めた辻 大介さん，熱狂的なゲーマーとして知られる女優のフェリシア・デイさんなど豪華な布陣で，セリフ数は総計7万にもなるという。


　「Date Everything!」は，Steamストアページで体験版を公開中だ。日本語はサポートされていないが，気になる人は体験版を遊んでみるといいだろう。
