「Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader」，最新DLC「レックス・インペリア」配信開始。フォン・ヴァランシウス王朝の闇に隠された真実を暴け

　Owlcat Gamesは，RPG「Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader」（PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S）のキャンペーンを拡張するDLC「レックス・インペリア」の配信を開始し，最新トレイラーを公開した。


　「Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader」は，「Pathfinder」シリーズで知られるOwlcat Gamesが，Games Workshopの協力を得て開発したオープンワールド型のRPGだ。強大なヴォイドシップを操り，危険に満ちた宇宙空間コロヌス・エクスパンスを冒険するという，ボードゲーム「ローグトレーダー」をベースにしている。

　大型拡張パック第2弾となる「レックス・インペリア」では，帝国法を執行する不屈の守護者アービトレイターとなる新たなオリジンが追加された。プレイヤーの選択が帝国全体に波紋をおよぼす，正義や義務，裏切りという微妙なバランスで成り立っているストーリーが展開し，フォン・ヴァランシウス王朝の闇に隠された真実を暴くことになる。


　新たなコンパニオンとして，アービトレイターのソロモーン・アンサールが登場する。忠実なサイバードッグ（マスチーフ）であるグライトを新たなファミリアーに加えるダイナミックな戦術システムも実装した。さらに，装備カテゴリーに追加された「コンバットシールド」で武装し，ショットガンやパワーモールを手にして戦うことになる。


　「Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trade」のPC版は，Steam（リンク），およびEpic Games Store（リンク）で販売中だ。
