「Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2」，波状攻撃を仕掛けてくる敵を蹴散らす「シージモード」を6月26日に実装

　Focus EntertainmentとSiber Interactiveは，アクションTPS「Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2」（PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S）に，「シージモード」を実装する無料アップデートを2025年6月26日に実施すると発表し，最新トレイラーを公開した。


　4月にPvEミッションとなる「脱出」を実装（関連記事）したばかりの「Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2」。シージモードとは，波状攻撃を仕掛けてくるティラニッドとカオスの大軍勢を蹴散らしていく，いわゆるウェーブモードだ。そこで得たポイントを使い，武器のアップグレードや弾丸の追加を行っていく。
　スペースマリーンたちが生き抜くたびにポイントもたまり，宇宙海軍（Astrates）のAIマリーンや，巨艦ドレッドノートを召喚できるようになるという。


　発表にあわせて，Steamストアページ（リンク）と，Epic Games Store（リンク）で，各エディションが40％オフになるセールを実施中だ。本作が気になっていたが未プレイだったという人は，この機会にプレイして，シージモードの実装に備えておくといいだろう。
