　Dovetail Gamesは本日（2025年9月26日），「Train Sim World 6」（PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / PS4 / Xbox One）のデラックス／スペシャル・エディション予約購入者向け先行アクセスを開始した。正式な発売と無料スターターパックの配信は10月1日を予定している。


　本作は，実在する鉄道の運行を体験できるリアルな鉄道シミュレーションゲーム「Train Sim World」シリーズの最新作だ。「予想外の展開」をテーマにしており，オン/オフ切り替え可能なランダムイベントや，車両の故障が導入されている。さらに，主要3路線での駅のアナウンス機能が実装され，より没入して運行を楽しめるようになった。
　
　通常版では，イギリスのリヴィエラ線，ドイツのライプツィヒ〜ドレスデン線，アメリカのモリスタウン線を収録。デラックスエディションでは，新車両としてクロスカントリーの「ボイジャー」，デュアルパワーALP-45機関車，BR 294入換機関車が登場する。

　今後，追加コンテンツとしてポルトガルやチェコなど新たな国の路線に加え，アメリカの新路線や，日本の只見線などの配信が予定されている。

2025年9月26日(金) 、Dovetail Games（イギリス・ケント州）は、ファン待望の『Train Sim World 6』を発売いたします。本作のテーマである「予想外の展開」が待ち受けており、3つの新しい路線で多彩な列車を操りながら、鉄道シミュレーションゲームの魅力を存分に味わうことができます。クラシックな車両から最新鋭の列車まで、挑戦しがいのある路線を通じて、運転スキルを磨くことが可能です。

無料スターターパック：2025年10月1日(水)より利用可能

「無料スターターパック」は、『Train Sim World 6』を初めてプレイされるユーザー様はもちろん、既にプレイされているユーザー様にもご利用いただけるパックです。入手後は、永続的にお手元に残り、既存のアドオンと組み合わせて楽しむことも、新たにコレクションを始めることもできます。


本パックには「トレーニングセンター」のほか、『Train Sim World 6』の主要機能が含まれており、鉄道シミュレーションゲームを楽しむために最適なパックとなっています。

・初めての方は、トレーニングセンターでさまざまな車両の運転方法を学ぶことができます。
・既存プレイヤーは、同じプラットフォーム・アカウントで購入済みのアドオンを引き続き利用でき、最新のアップデートや『TSW6』対応の新アドオンも追加購入可能です。
利用方法は、Steam、Xbox、PlayStation、Epic Games Storeの各コンソールで「Train Sim World 6」を検索し、無料スターターパックが含まれるバンドルを選択し、「ダウンロード」または「ライブラリに追加」を選択します。なお、無料スターターパックには追加路線や車両は含まれておりません。より幅広いゲーム体験をご希望の場合は、別途アドオンをご購入いただくか、『Train Sim World 6』のバンドルをご利用ください。
なお、本パックは2025年10月1日（水）から2025年11月11日（火）までの期間限定で配信されます。

無料スターターパックのトレーニングセンター

先行アクセス：発売より5日早い9月26日(金)からプレイ可能

発売の5日前である本日9月26日(金)より、デラックス・エディションまたはスペシャル・エディションを購入された方は、先行プレイにて新要素を含めたTrain Sim World6を一足早く体験できます。主な新要素として、オン・オフ切り替え可能なランダムイベントや、車両の故障が導入されます。これにより、同じ運行でも毎回異なる体験を楽しめるようになります。信号の遅延や速度制限など予測不能なトラブルが発生しても、ゲーム内で解決の道筋が示されるので、安心して運行を再開し目的地へ進むことができます。
さらに、没入感を高める新要素として、主要3路線で車内や駅のアナウンス機能が完全実装され、停車時と発車時に音声アナウンスが流れるようになります。

正式発売： 10月1日(水)

「予想外」のテーマに沿って、本作では新たな路線と車両が加わります。
アメリカ：ニュージャージー州郊外を走るNJ TRANSIT(R)で、東海岸の旅を新旧の車両で満喫。
イギリス：「英国で最も美しい鉄道路線の一つ」と評される沿岸のリヴィエラ線を疾走。本路線で、待望のGWRブランドがシリーズに復帰。
ヨーロッパ：ドレスデン駅と欧州最大のライプツィヒ駅の間で、貨物・旅客・高速・入換運転など多彩な運行を体験。
また、今回初めて、デラックス・エディションの3路線すべてに新車両が収録されます。要望の多かったクロスカントリーの「ボイジャー」、デュアルパワーALP-45機関車、そして強力なBR 294入換機関車が登場します。

今後の展開ロードマップ

今後予定されているアドオンによる追加コンテンツとして、ポルトガルやチェコなど新たな国の路線に加え、アメリカの新路線、そして日本の只見線の初プレイ映像も公開されています。また、これまでの路線や車両のコレクションはすべて、『Train Sim World 6』に引き継ぐことが可能です。
